Privacy and cookies

1. Who is responsible

Sebastian Rodriguez Garcia, an independent developer who runs this website as SRG Consulting, is responsible for the data described here. To ask anything about your data, write to srgconsulting@proton.me.

2. What the site stores without asking

Two items, both saved in your browser and never sent to us or to anyone else:

• lang: the language you are reading the site in, so it opens in that language next time.
• srg-consent: your cookie choice (accepted or rejected) and the date, kept for 12 months so the question is not repeated on every page.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics), only if you accept

If you press Accept, the site loads Google Analytics through Firebase to count visits and to see which pages and apps are useful. If you press Reject, or do nothing, nothing from Google is loaded and no analytics cookie is created.

• What is stored: the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier (up to 2 years) and a Firebase installation identifier in your browser (IndexedDB).
• What is collected: pages viewed, clicks on links to the app stores and to contact, how far you scroll, sections you see, your language, the type of device and browser, and your approximate location deduced from your IP address.
• Why: to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is not used for advertising, and every advertising signal is turned off.
• Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.
• Who processes it: Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, as processors under the Firebase data processing terms. Data can be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Decision (EU) 2023/1795) and the standard contractual clauses included in those terms.
• How long: event data is kept for up to 14 months.

4. Hosting

The site is served by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and the data of each request to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

5. Change or withdraw your choice

Press “Cookies” at the bottom of any page to open the choice again. If you reject after having accepted, the site deletes the analytics cookies and the Firebase identifier from your browser and stops sending events.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to srgconsulting@proton.me. We answer within one month. If you think your data is not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or to your local authority.

7. Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. If the change affects the cookies, the banner appears again.
