Use of the Application
EchoGrid is provided by SRG Consulting for personal entertainment. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. SRG Consulting is not responsible for loss of data or game progress resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances outside its control.
In-App Purchases
EchoGrid offers optional one-time purchases to remove advertising and unlock additional worlds. They are processed by the Apple App Store according to its own terms; SRG Consulting does not manage billing, refunds, or payment data directly. There are no subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
The EchoGrid application, including its design, code, artwork and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of SRG Consulting. Copying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the application without written permission is prohibited.
Changes to Terms
SRG Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
