Use of the Application
Gamekeeper is provided by SRG Consulting for personal entertainment purposes. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. SRG Consulting is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances outside its control.
Advertisements
Gamekeeper displays advertisements through Google AdMob to users on the free tier. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and SRG Consulting does not control it. Subscribers to Gamekeeper Plus do not see advertisements.
Gamekeeper Plus Subscription
Gamekeeper Plus is an optional paid subscription (monthly or annual) that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in the corresponding store settings.
Intellectual Property
The Gamekeeper application, including its design and code, is the intellectual property of SRG Consulting. Copying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the application without written permission is prohibited. Board game names referenced in the preloaded catalog are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Changes to Terms
SRG Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
