Use of the Application

MergePath is provided by SRG Consulting for personal entertainment. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. SRG Consulting is not responsible for loss of data or game progress resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances outside its control.

Remove Ads

The one-time "Remove Ads" purchase disables advertising within MergePath. It is processed by the Apple App Store according to its own terms; SRG Consulting does not manage billing, refunds, or payment data directly. There are no subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

The MergePath application, including its design, code, artwork and game mechanics, is the intellectual property of SRG Consulting. Copying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the application without written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

SRG Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
