Use of the Application
Bavyn is provided by SRG Consulting for personal boat maintenance and record-keeping purposes. Inspection rules and reminders (ITB, Bootszeugnis, Revisione, BSS, and other national programmes) are calculated as a guidance based on each country's published criteria, but the user is solely responsible for verifying actual due dates with the local maritime authority. The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. SRG Consulting is not responsible for fines, missed inspections, accidents at sea, or data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances outside its control.
Bavyn Pro
Bavyn Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited vessels, iCloud and Google Drive backup, and PDF export of the complete logbook. The purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their own terms. SRG Consulting does not manage billing, refunds, or payment data directly.
Intellectual Property
The Bavyn application, including its design, code and inspection-rules data, is the intellectual property of SRG Consulting. Copying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering the application without written permission is prohibited. Country inspection names (ITB, Bootszeugnis, Revisione, BSS, and others) refer to official programmes operated by the respective national authorities and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Changes to Terms
SRG Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
