Is this medical advice?
No. The app records the schedule entered from a prescription and shows what was recorded for each day. It does not create, recommend or check a treatment. Questions about a dose, a missed dose or a treatment should go to a doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call the local emergency number.
Where is my data stored?
Only on the phone, in app-private storage. There is no account and no server copy. Reminder notifications are scheduled by the phone.
I'm changing phones. Will my plan move with me?
Not automatically. To protect privacy, records are excluded from iCloud and Google backups and from device-to-device transfer. Keep the prescription and re-enter the remaining steps on the new phone.
Reminders arrived late or not at all.
The phone controls notification delivery. Check that notifications are allowed for the app, open the app regularly so upcoming reminders stay scheduled, and check battery-saving or Focus settings. Settings › Reminders shows how far ahead reminders are scheduled.
My plan skips days or alternates doses.
Choose How often on each step: every other day, alternating amounts, a repeating cycle of 2 to 28 days, days of the week or a no-dose pause. Days without a dose are never counted as missed and have no reminders. If a plan follows another pattern, the app says so instead of approximating it.
I missed a dose. Will the app change my schedule?
No. Marking a dose as not taken only records it. The rest of the schedule stays as it was entered. Ask a doctor or pharmacist what to do.
My doctor changed my schedule.
Open Plan › Change recorded plan and choose Change from today or Change from a future date. Earlier records are kept as they were.
How do I restore Remove Ads?
Go to Settings › Remove Ads › Restore purchase, using the same Apple or Google account that bought it. Purchases do not transfer between iPhone and Android.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings › Privacy & data › Delete local records. This removes plans, drafts and history from the phone and cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes them.
Why do I see ads, and why is there one before sharing a PDF?
Ads keep the app free. They are non-personalized and never use health information. Before a PDF is shared or printed, the free version offers a short ad; if none can be shown, the file is shared anyway. Advertising choices can be changed in Settings › Privacy & data, and a one-time Remove Ads purchase removes every ad.
